Lovely site for a chocolate factory, what?!..!!
In the rolling countryside of south west Wicklow, a former mushroom tunnel site finds a new purpose…. this land was just destined for food, not just, wheat or barley; no, this is an acre with high expectations. And its aspirations are getting ever more delicious as time passes. Building work started mid 2008 but what a year for rain…. took a while to make any really headway.
